LAUGFS Gas PLC is a public quoted company listed in the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) and a brand synonymous with quality and trust. In the year 1994 LAUGFS pioneered in introducing LPG as an alternative fuel for motor vehicles in Sri Lanka. Accordingly, the company ventured into the auto gas conversion industry becoming the first Sri Lankan company to offer such services with ISO service quality endorsement.

LAUGFS Petroleum (Pvt) Ltd. has built a strong position among the top three largest retailers in the petroleum industry in Sri Lanka, with its fast expanding network of fuel filling stations serving over 30,000 customers every day. Its pioneering concepts are aimed to revolutionize the fuel retailing space in Sri Lanka; from the country’s first solar powered fuel filling stations to one-stop destinations for modern conveniences.

Engaged in renewable energy solutions, LAUGFS Power PLC operates the largest solar power plant in Sri Lanka. This was commissioned in 2017 with an aggregate capacity of 20MW, adding 40GWh to the National Grid. LAUGFS Power also operates three mini-hydro power plants at Balangoda and Ginigathhena, supplying green energy to the National Grid. LAUGFS Power PLC has recently begun operations of its 2MW hydro power plan, with multiple solar power projects in various stages of development.

LAUGFS Lubricants Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of LAUGFS Holdings, catering to all classes of motor vehicles and automotive industries. LAUGFS Lubricants products are formulated in Sri Lanka using state-of-the-art technology in compliance with international industry standards. Its journey began in 2008 as it established itself as the first Sri Lankan brand of lubricants amongst many international players dominating the market. It also operates the country's first and only Tribology Park, with advanced technologies and cutting-edge R&D facilities to manufacture new generation engine oils customised to local conditions.

LAUGFS Gas (Bangladesh) Ltd, formerly known as Petredec Elpiji Limited, is one of the largest LPG distributors in Bangladesh, importing and distributing over 60,000 MT of LPG every year. Having entered the local LPG downstream industry in 1997, we have grown rapidly over the years, establishing an expansive distribution network across the country with an annual turnover exceeding USD 31 million. LAUGFS Gas Bangladesh operates a world-class LPG import, bottling and distribution facility in Mongla Port with a storage capacity of 1,800 MT.

Headquartered in Dubai, SLOGAL Energy DMCC was set up to further strengthen LAUGFS' global energy presence. With a primary focus on energy trading, SLOGAL also offers a broad portfolio of maritime services including acquiring, managing, operating and chartering of LPG vessels.
